One day at a Time honestly never thought I'd write this on any social media app, but I'm happy it's here on this app with other alcoholics/addicts. I'm very proud of myself my confidence has come back, and I'm feeling all types of different emotions. Also lost about 15 lbs so that's great. Haven't missed a day of work every thing seems to be going smooth and calm.
