•Norman seems to be getting better about going outside.
•Barkley is really sweet to Norman, considering what a little terrorist he is.
•Norman peed on the rug literally as I’m writing this, but I can react with grace and love. He’s still learning.
•OrangeTheory with Halaiya, Natalie, and Audie this morning.
•I was able to notice my progress at hot yoga last night.
•The car in front of me paid for my Starbucks.
•I don’t have any problems, which is WILD considering that 20 months ago, that’s all I had.
•I eat and sleep well so regularly that I forget how hard those things were for me at different times.
•True crime podcasts.
•I comprehend the word serenity, and I know peace.
God, thank you for my life.
