Today, I choose gratitude.
•Norman did all his business outside this morning.
•Barkley is still a perfect angel.
•I spoke with all my sponsees yesterday.
•My sponsor is speaking at the 9:30 this morning. Even though I can’t make it, I’m excited for him to share his wisdom with others who are important to me.
•Taking action when I can and practicing acceptance when I can’t.
•I have the opportunity to work with a career coach, free of charge.
•Empathy can be learned.
•Friday nights with the boys.
•Just because I think something doesn’t make it accurate. In fact, more times than not, it’s categorically wrong.
•Sobriety has given me clarity about what’s important in life.
God, thank you for my life.
