If I just take a moment to look around, I have so much to be grateful for.
•A new sponsee who seems ready for change.
•Another rest-filled day before a week of travel.
•The dogs don’t have accidents inside anymore.
•Norman had a fun pool day with Karli and me yesterday.
•The way Karli’s face says Machu Picchu.
•Everything seems to keep working out, and all I’ve been doing what AA tells me.
•A simple life is more exciting to me than a chaotic one.
•I’ve cultivated some semblance of self-love. Sometimes (often), I slip back into selfishness, but the universe always finds a way to move me back to a place of self-love.
•I love my little life. It’s busy but predictable, which feels safe to me.
•Nothing is wrong with the world. When I think there is, I know I need to look inward.
