✨8/6/24 gratitude list✨

If I just take a moment to look around, I have so much to be grateful for.

•I’m in a position to help my family when asked.

•Recommitting to no sugar and playing fewer video games will make me happier and healthier.

•Both my dogs have such big personalities.

•I get to start filling up the pool today.

•It feels good to be back on my regular meeting schedule. My insanity is very subtle sometimes but progresses quickly when I miss them.

•A late start to my day means spending more time on the spiritual practices that keep me spiritually healthy.

•This gift of a new day, a day that I’ve never lived before.

•Somehow, after years of struggling, I can stay sober a day at a time without much thought or effort on my part.

•This little life of mine is wonderful.

•I sleep, eat, and recover well. I am healthy.
