If I just take a moment to look around, I have so much to be grateful for.
•Emotions are temporary. Moods are temporary. Everything is temporary.
•Quick shoulder workouts.
•I have a job that pays well, and they seem to like the work I do.
•I am so grateful for the psychic change that has allowed me to live in relative peace without alcohol.
•The weather was nice enough this morning that I didn’t even notice it.
•I have a safe and comfortable place to rest my head each night.
•I know that even at my worst, I am still loved.
•I’m grateful to have sponsees. Their questions and problems remind me of my solution.
•I’m so grateful that the weekend is here. I feel off-kilter and need some time to rebalance.
•I’m adjusting my behaviors to align with the ideals I hold for myself instead of vice versa.
