83 days, wow what a difference, all you have to do is keep pushing one day at a time and sometimes hour by hour but it’s getting better almost 90 days :slight_smile: :slight_smile: <3

83 days!! Happy to hear you are feeling better. Stay grateful! Never forget the despair and hopelessness of early sobriety. When I start feeling “uncomfortable” and start wanting to “escape”, I think back of how lonely, hopeless, and miserable I really was. My disease only wants me to think of the pleasure of “escaping” reality. I have learned to stop and be aware of these lies. By living a daily program of recovery, I can be honest with myself and think that escape all the way thru. That escape comes with very serious consequences. It’s such a blessing to have a choice today! So glad you recognize that you have a choice :pray::peace_symbol:
