This week has been rough. I got superduper triggered panic anxiety attacks last Monday in a Celebrate Recovery step city and then I got into a massive car crash on Thursday, but I hit nine months. Nothing in my body codependency and psychosis. My substance of choice is Kok and it’s been over 10 months almost 11 months since that But I used with my ex fiancé 12/20 with his substance of choice.
Just like my SPONSOR said even when this week was crazy I didn’t go back to those old way because I don’t have to live like that anymore 🩷:small_blue_diamond:
