✨9/16/24 gratitude list✨

If I just take a moment to look around, I have so much to be grateful for.

•A day off from the gym to rest my legs.

•A slow Monday to ease into my week.

•No travel this week.

•Back to my regularly scheduled meetings.

•I’ve been making healthy choices and have dropped a few pounds as a result.

• I had a nice visit from my family. I am blessed that they wanted to spend time with me.

•Everyone made it home safe.

•Contentment is achievable and sustainable.

•Norman and Barkley love me unconditionally.

•A drink hasn’t sounded like a solution in a long, long time.
