Today, I choose to be grateful.
•I woke up early enough to deal with Norman’s poopy party.
•Cleaning supplies.
•Wearing my sobriety openly and proudly allows me to help people outside of the rooms deal with the addicts in their lives.
•I’m physically and mentally healthy.
•I heard a guy freestyle during his share last night and realized how good I have it.
•Had dinner with my sponsor, grand sponsor, a sponsee, and a bunch of friends.
•AA gave me so much more than freedom from my crippling addictions.
•Barkley and Norman get along okay.
•Hot yoga with my sponsor tonight.
•I don’t have to be anywhere near perfect to be content. A constant willingness to improve seems to be enough.
God, thank you for my life.
