Today, I choose to be grateful.
•I am getting better at pushing myself out of my comfort zone.
•I have two beautiful, happy, healthy dogs.
•I found a Zoom meeting that I really enjoy.
•I got to see a bunch of new friends last night.
•All the good teachers I’ve met in AA.
•My best is all I expect from myself.
•I live a life full of energy and spirit. Recovery helps me live better.
•AA has blessed me with sobriety and a new way of life, including a relationship with a power greater than myself.
•Sound bath and H&I tonight.
•My future seems to be more in focus today than it was last week.
Thank you for my life.
