If I just take a moment to look around, I have so much to be grateful for.

•I’m grateful for Chad’s time and wisdom.

•Karli seems happy and peaceful after a stressful week. And she got a job offer!

•This new meal plan has me feeling confident and full of energy.

•I get to wake up to dog kisses every morning.

•I’ve become much more efficient with my time in the gym, which allows me to take more time to nurture other parts of myself.

•New true crime podcasts to listen to during my daily routines.

•The grass in the backyard is starting to come in thick and healthy.

•I don’t have any problems that worrying will make any better.

•It’s been a while since I’ve had to nurse any injuries. My body is healthy and strong.

•I have a relationship with a higher power that is imperfect and vague and yet somehow keeps me happy and sober.
