Today, I choose to be grateful.
•Derek has inspired me to get a handle on nap time. Thirty-minute naps seem to be much more effective.
•My renewed dedication to my macros.
•I stayed up late and made the Tuesday night cake meeting. There were a lot of friendly faces in that room.
•God always gives me enough energy to carry out his will.
•A genuine desire to be better than I was yesterday.
•I’ve spoken with all my sponsees in the last 48 hours.
•A sore chest.
•Morning coffee.
•I get to spend a lot of time with my dogs.
•No matter how I feel or what problems I have, the answer is always more AA.
God, thank you for my life.
