It’s normal to feel that way but it does get better. I promise. Hopefully you have some sober support to help make it easier. Lots of people have to go to treatment for months before they can feel better. Hang in there. It is worth it.

Hello Antionette, yes it feels like h ell but stick with it and the lifetime will the best sober life you will ever have. Get the book Alcohol Explained by William Porter. It's easy to read and understand what Alcohol does to keep you addicted. Find a program AA or the Luckiest club or any other one, they do help. Post here for help.
