9 months today. I cannot believe how far I have come since I finally decided to stop drinking. It sounds cliche, but I am truly a completely different person than I was last summer.

It’s a day at a time. Mostly I’m good, sometimes life feels like a penance for the fun times I used to have. Trying to actively reframe those thoughts.
It is nice to keep all my money for myself, see my physical gains from working out, and be in complete control of what I do.

Thanks. Some days are better than others. Mostly feel good when I work out and make sure I break a sweat.
