9 Months

I’d never thought I’d see the day. So grateful for the Ancestors, the love and support, and the program of AA.

Awesome - People ask me with long sobriety, how it’s done I say it’s done the same way if you have one week six months, nine months, five years 20 years one day at a time - Keep it up and keep-on your journey. you are an inspiration.

Marisol, I applaud your post.

Its something I wish was a bigger deal. The idea that most folks don't know about, or try to learn more about how this "thing" came to be.

The truth is you just plain should know as much as you can.

Wow. If you were a daily drunk like I was, 9 months feels like a lifetime. That 1st year seems to take so, so long. We start to feel all over again and have to deal with these feelings and all the challenges life has to offer without picking up a drink.

Great job.
One Day at a time.
And always remember that the circus is still in town.

Congratulations Marisol!
