Well guys, 90 days since my last drink
130 days since my last Xanax (13 years of it for panic disorder).
For anyone struggling, what has helped me was just embracing the quiet, the simple, and eternal gratitude for this life. Have a great day, everyone!
Congrats brother! I am coming up on my 90 as well. I had this much time last year but stopped working the program and fell off. Something is different this time though. The want isn't there. I am beyond blessed to have a second chance at this, a lot of people dont get that. Keep up the good work!
Something definitely feels “different” this time around. Even with the panic attacks, I am determine. One day at a time, and lots of self reflection. Congrats on coming up on 90! We’ve got this!!
