As the old song goes "mamma said there'd be days like this", unfortunately my late mother isn't around to beat me to the punch. All things good yesterday at work crashed cataclysmic today....on the cusp of 17 days sober. I must remain vigilant. Wish me luck friends

Sometimes I just close my eyes for a few seconds and focus strictly on taking slow even breathes in and out. It's not a cure-all, but it helps slow my mind down to refocus.
