Grounding in the Present
I am safe in my adult body, in my own space, and in my current life.
The past is a finished story; I am the author of my present and my future.
I am completely in control of who has access to my energy and my space.
I am anchored in the safety I have built for myself.
Healing the Past
It was not my fault, and I was entirely deserving of protection.
I acknowledge how difficult things were, and I honor my survival.
I am allowed to feel angry, sad, or shocked about what happened; my feelings are valid.
I choose to see the truth of the past without letting it define my worth today.
Protecting Your Inner Child
I am the fierce, loving protector that the little girl inside of me always needed.
I wrap that innocent part of myself in safety, love, and absolute boundaries.
She does not have to carry those heavy burdens anymore; I am holding the line now.
I give myself permission to play, rest, and feel secure.
