Work the steps and if you’re down service work is where it’s at. Thank you for you’re honesty. I understand what it’s like to have chronic major depression. It’s not who you are. It brings insight and empathy and you may well find you are one day strongest at your weakest link like many do.
I know how you feel brother. Sometimes we feel like damaged goods, but keep your head up. The sobriety life you live now will show how much strength and courage you possess, and the right person will love you so much more for that reason.
