I woke up and the sun is shining in my window. I sat beneath the rays and meditated on LOVE. I imagined with each inhale and exhale LOVE entering my body and then filling up the world around me.
I woke up six days completely sober after being on a sober journey for years. Its getting easier to interact with my friends who still imbibe. My skin is clearer than ever, not to mention my mind. Even my hair is shining and curlier than ever. My cat is happy that I’m present. My partner is happy that he gets the best of me when I don’t drink. The future is bright!!!
