I woke up from one about an hour ago. I was in sheer panic. I've calmed down since. However it scared the heck out of me. I'm coming up on 36 years next week. One would figure by now I'd be grounded and deeply rooted in sobriety. WTH!! Am I scared that I'll PHUQ it up by Wednesday the 25th. That's an understatement. Call it future tripping, call it what you want these concerns are real. I know the drill .. stay in the moment, one day/second at a time.

Constantly - they don’t go away either - but the good news is that you wake up sober - the dreams are a reminder to Not go back there

That usually happens to me right after I get sober and then if I have been sober a while, right before I relapse.

Yes I have dreams where I do worse things I've ever done in my addiction for drugs and I honestly think it's God telling me what will happen if I relapse
