Everyone gets like a generic raffle ticket coming in. After the lead the speaker pulls tickets. You come up to the chair and pick one of several topics (Big Book, Feelings, Sponsors) etc. That leads to a random question and you had 2 mins to base your share around that question (mine last night was How to you combat cravings)
