About to try really hard stay sober I wasn't clean 24 hours before I relapsed I couldn't handle the withdrawls

Get to an ER and tell them you need a detox. They have meds to help with the pain, and you can get monitored, fed, hydrated… don’t try to do this on your own. It can be dangerous to detox. Please seek the help that is there for you.
