Recently I've come across people on both sides of the Loosid Platform. Who are less than honest with their intentions and lack substandard integrity.

We're talking about people I bore my heart to, people that I took a gamble on and invited them in to my heart only to find out that they were out to or tried to manipulate me to gain "presents" from me.
Now these people have listed on their profile that they're in a certain location. Remember Loosid tracks your location via GPS. When they say they're somewhere else.

The other is the multiple profiles they maintain. Why can't people just be honest.

Eventually they're going to say something that will trip them up and expose themselves or I'll find out before they do.

I've given them a chance, I've let my guard down and let them into my heart. Only for what... To be manipulated. What a major disappointment.

Now I'm back at square one, NO I DIDN'T DRINK OVER IT. I may be stupid but I'm dumb.

Meaning that I'm back to believing 5% of what people say and 95% of what they do.

So, my question to you is what category are you in. Are you the 5% or 95% category.

Ask yourself that same question.

Whatever story you hold will be proven always! Im sure the people you are talking about are scammers that make their living this way. I know its a bummer to think you have a connection than asked for money or whatever happened but just take it as a lesson and still see the good in everyone and thats what will vibrate to you! Our hearts need to stay open and the armor removed to attract better! Or you might miss out on alot of good people…

You will run into people like that every where I have about 43 years wrapped up in my addiction to be honest I come on here and I read stuff and what works for me I put it to my toolbox when people reach out to me due to my old life I'm really skeptical of them my first thought is what is it they want from me it's a rough way to live and it's a sad way to live I understand you're hurting and your in pain because of that stuff but I do want you to know which I'm sure you do that's not everyone and I hope people don't get the wrong ideal and leave this app and there is something that they could use on it and possibly help them so I got eight months clean I'm working on nine I'm on a recovery farm and Carlton Oregon loving life I wish you the best

@wendy409327 we are here on the Loosid Community platform to help other alcoholics or addicts to attain sobriety. The other half of this platform is a dating site.
Either way, if you're on the community side or the dating side of this platform, there are people out there that are not legit coming from the community side. If you look up the person's bio up on top, it'll show when they joined, whether or not they have a picture or pictures, their location and any posts that they've put out there. The other big thing is as far as for their location. The lucid app works off your cell phone. Your cell phone's going to have your GPS signal. Your location is based off your cell phone so if they tell you they live in say California City and they're actually in Ghana. You know they're b*********** you.
What's sad about it is that there are people on this site that are legit that have hardcore sobriety and will do anything to see our fellow alcoholic or our fellow addict succeed.
I'm legit. I'm the real deal. I come in peace. I am here to help you succeed in your addiction and or your sobriety.

I’m really sorry that happened to you! Not all of us in recovery learn integrity when we get clean. I know for me, I can’t live dirty and stay clean and sober. I’ve learned to pray for others, specifically the 4th step prayer out of the Big Book. So glad you didn’t pick up! Keep on trudging! :heart:

I have found the same thing in life. That’s why I truly only have a few people I call friends. Keep focused on your integrity, not others. Keep safe, and stay blessed.
