I'm greatful for accountability because it takes me from dark places and allows me to heal but also shields
me from others bs. If I'm focused on my responses and reactions I strengthen my ability to not become manipulated. My accountability also helps me to walk forward as I'm only focused on myself and my responses. Accountability is a gift from God.
