Active recovery

What works for you?
To get sick in the first place required a lot of years and consistency , as in every day.
What works for me:
The exact opposite of almost every aspect of my life (its a good thing) and related to a proper inventory.
Consistency . Staying in a solution, not my head. make frequent trips to meetings not (insert your vice aquiring place). Reaching out to a friend in recovery that identifies with me and can advise me as opposed to someone who drinks like me , enables it or tolerates it. Looking for the beauty of life and the world around me and not focusing on the$#@% *& parts. Oh praying about it, calling sponsor, and reading my book, smelling the flowers and looking at butterflies and stuff like that.
