Adaptogen drink for cheap

My feed has been targeting me for those new adaptogen drinks like Recess and Moment … these are drinks that have natural botanicals in them to help combat stress, promote immunity, detox, etc.

Problem is, they’re super expensive. So I got to researching!

Online, they have tinctures that you can just add to any bev to make it an adaptogen drink. I’m going to get the Ashwagandha Root & L-theanine drops for my Thanksgiving Mocktails and let u know how it goes.

Love the idea of making my festive drinks more healthy! Has anyone tried this before?

There are a few different brands, I got the Mary Ruth’s tinctures.

I’ve been taking those as supplements. I’ll try these👌

The brand “Kin” sells little cans of various adaptogenic mocktails, “Hyo” is another brand. Katy Perry has one called “De Soi”. I also drink “Hoplark” hop tea, that is like flavored La Croix - great for beer drinkers. The adaptogenic drink market is growing like crazy. Mostly for hangover help. Tinctures market is also growing like crazy because they taste great! Keep trying them out! I order direct online. I’ve tried and consume many and love them. I was in the wine & spirits retail industry as well as F & B. Over the last few years, Eliminating alcohol consumption from my life has been replaced by non - alcoholic beverages to mirror the old feeling of looking forward to something. Yesterday was opening day for the ski season at my home mountain. I was surprised and happy that my longtime skiing partners and drinking buddies joined me in drinking/tailgating for a round of the “Hoplark” and were happy with the flavors. Back to tinctures. There are a myriad of brands. I spend on them. A google search will get you there.

Yea I’ve seen the ads for those brands as well! It’s expensive compared to regular drinks, more comparable to booze prices. I’d rather pay for adaptogens than to pay for poison.

I enjoy hopwtr and hiyo for beverages. To mix in, I love the apothekary herbs- they are a plant based farmacy that believes in plants not pills. They offer a variety of options targeting different areas of ailment :ok_hand:
