I'm getting too old for this. Addicted to my own medication. How I love justifying it this way. "My medication" geezusss. It owns my soul. How can I stop filling this dang medication every month without telling my doctor I have a problem with it?
I don't want her to treat me differently or have anyone treat me differently. I just want to quit forever
I’ve had the same problem. I’m over it. I’m already being treated differently because my prescribed medication has caused me depression and sometimes severe anxiety. I’ve been on it for 10 years. I see my primary next week and I’m telling her. I want to get better. Then maybe I won’t view anyone as treating me differently and I’ll be strong enough to put them in their place if they do. Hang in there.
Your doctor is someone who NEEDS to know you are having issues. There are other meds, treatments or programs that can help you. As far as treating you different… that’s a them problem. We can only control our own things. Others reactions are completely not on us.
It’s straight up amphetamine. Not Methamphetamine but still not good. It’s speed, that’s it. I had the same problem but on the opposite end with Xanax. I was prescribed it and abused it. Detoxing was hellish. Be honest with your doctor, maybe they need to treat you differently, mine did. I got off the benzos and alcohol and on a non benzo anti-anxiety medication. If your doctor isn’t understanding, find one who is.
Wow, I totally understand what your going through, I get mine filled and I’m out within a week at best and then I find it so hard to do anything for a few days or more. I just got out of detox from alcohol, dope, and addy’s. I wish you the very best and hope you get better.
I got my addy’s filled yesterday and only had a few hours sleep at best and probably will only get a few hours sleep tonight. I think I may have to get off them because I always run out early and I have trouble taking them as directed.
Try strettera!!!!!!
Wow that looks like a scary drug. Just looked it up. I wouldn’t take it!
