One thing that has to be said about the trades is that addiction is rampant, but employers are reluctant to drug test employees cause nothing would get done!

This is 100% accurate! Almost everyone i work with has some type of addiction! Sad but true.
I can see why unfortunately. I’d be worse off than I was if I worked in the industry.
My workplace is prime example. It’s the “tire tavern”.
