Addiction is 1 heck of a learning experience. Probably the hardest and most powerful learning experience 1 could ever endure. No other experience can enslave ur mind and body like addiction. To wage that war on ur self for years and rise victorious is no small feet. The character & strength that is gained during this process can not be matched. Ppl that have not had the opportunity to experience addiction have no clue what it truly means to be free. Because they never lived as a slave. We know that no 1 can hurt us more than we already hurt ourselves. We know we earned our freedom though self made suffering and mental torment . And now evening is a blessing .
