Addiction is still very real and still has nothin but

It's funny I have found nothin that different in my new life sober...still feel isolated and alone...I held on today but it's almost most certain I have things to still reach for...It's hard to include stranger in the ugly parts of my life...but who knows maybe there's someone who I need I haven't met yet...but open to the thoughts

I spend 80% of my life in isolation and the hardest part is dealing with myself.
I practice controlled breathing, write a gratitude list and tape it were it can be seen and talk. Sometimes I talk to myself. Your not crazy if you hear a voice saying " Come on and have one " because I hear that voice and I reply saying things like " Your not going to destroy my life so leave me alone " it's not crazy in fact it helps to communicate with oneself.

I've been sober and relapsed over and over and I give myself positive affirmations by writing them in paper and taping them to the dashboard.
Don't risk safely.

But at some point you think I m gonna fall and that's unacceptable

Relapse is a sign of something ....lack of will or lack of healthy things...

What triggered you to relapse was the question that was asked by Doctors.
You might go to S.M.A.R.T. recovery and do a C.B.A. or cost Benefit Analysis.
