Addiction taking the wind out of my sails
I feel you. It can get like that. Just don’t jump off the boat yet, don’t give up. Keep riding the waves n calmer waters will come. And it’ll feel easier n easier to get the wind back in your sails as time goes on

Come about, and tack the jib… step one is admitting you need help. We all got you. Get into a program if you are not in one. The daily program and fellowship will help

You can do this. If you can try mindfulness, it helps us stay in the present moment…. A lot of addiction happens when we try and medicate our pain away. If we can get some headspace btwn our painful thoughts we can start to see the past painful experiences that we are trying to numb. You got this. Peace.
