Admitting that I'm powerless over addiction and the clean time I lost from a slip up recently.

You are in a far better place than you would be if you were never clean!!!
Only thing you can do at this moment in time is pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and implement the lessons you've learned, and get back on your clean horse.

You still have that clean time, and now you can build some more! Sorry you slipped up, I know that is awful in so many ways. You don't have to today though
