Advice appreciated

Woah! You lost me here. I appreciate the words but I’m clueless as to what you’re meaning to say.

That all depends on the severity and there are some good options out there. It’s about researching your options and looking for opinions.

In many communities there is both counseling and financial aid for medications. Please don't let you fear keep you from taking care of yourself. Never put a period where God puts a comma.

Thanks Denny. I like that. Never put a period where God puts a comma. Thank you for that.

That’s actually a healthy fear to have. Always use other coping strategies before resorting to a pill if you can help it! Healthy endorphins through exercise like a walk through nature can be a good start. 10min per day and then increase it if you like it.
Also, YouTube some anxiety coping skills. There are plenty of free tools out there for education! Maybe the library has some books. Just research and take care of yourself. Not judging it either! These feelings are showing you something needs to change. That’s a good thing! So listen and figure out what change your body/mind is asking for.

Hey Freddy, I just got prescribed hydroxyzine. Does it make you super tired? I take it and am zonked for 24 hours after like I took NyQuil or something. I think it may only have that effect on some people though

It capped my energy a bit but I was always able to function. Maybe cut the portion in 1/2 to begin w. I liked it because it didn’t make me feel “different” - it just mellowed me out a bit. It was two years ago that I used it (rec’d by my brother who is 15 years sober & absolutely hardline against anything addiction forming).
