Treated to a very nice dinner with close friends who supported me through my journey. Congrats on the 1 year. It's a great accomplishment

Any way you want. I celebrate at a meeting with a cake I get for the group… service. Or your sponsor might get you a cake. Go eat with sober friends. Treat self with a massage, meditation class or workshop, facial. Go to various meetings and get medallions… Shows others that it WORKS! Later you can give them away. All of it enjoy your sobriety! 
I'm coming up on my first year on May 20, and my bday is May 28th. I used to party so hard and have so many friends over. Now I have a tiny circle, virtual friends, and my wife and kids. So I, too, am curious about what to do.
