I lost my Mom too, in 2019. It's tough, but keep your focus on getting better for your babies; that's what's been helping me. It's true what they say, "What you focus on will grow." You can do this!

  1. Thank you for sharing. It takes a lot of courage to do so. Especially after 16 years.
  2. Welcome home for the most part the nitemares are over, for the most part.
  3. There is nothing we can suggest that you don't already know. We are just glad you're here.
  4. I can quote AA Big Book till I'm blue in the face to you. You are the only one who can take action. We are here to help you.
  5. You didn't lose anything it was taken away from you. Call it for what it is (old school AA tough love).
  6. My prayer for you is the God (your higher power) places one hand over your mouth and the other on your shoulder to guide you.
  7. If any of this makes sense then I'm hear/here for you.

You know what to do and what the next indicated step is.

Be safe my friend.
