After 5 days sober which is the longest I’ve gone in 6 years, I went to lunch yesterday and had 2 drinks and came home and had one more. I thought I was ok. Well today I had 3 and did nothing I should have done. I am very disappointed in myself but I know tomorrow is a new day.

Incorporating new habits into our lives can sometimes start with a mistake and hind site. Maybe you could use it to come up with a plan and not make that mistake again?
