After 7 years sober, then an on-again off-again year of bad relapsing…I am at a proud and grateful Day 7 !Looking forward to starting an IOP tomorrow and Doing the Work the coming weeks ahead!!!!

Well rich welcome back. Is marked us up to a learning experience that’s all this is. Congratulations on your seven days. Nobody’s perfect. You made the right decision though. By coming back to the people that’s going to help you. We are all here for the same thing or sobriety. We need friends to help us do that. That’s what we’re here for to be your friend to help you get through this. To put you back on the right track. You can do this. Don’t beat yourself up over this. I need to have faith in yourself if you don’t have faith in yourself I have it for you. So welcome back to the family of Sobriety and people that care
