After a week long binge i ended up suicidal and landed myself in a mental hospital. I got new medication but im not sure if its going to work and the thoughts are still there and I have a strong drive to drink. Could use some positive vibes

Prayers that the hospital helps you. When I ended up in a detox unit in March of 2020 they helped me with withdrawal medication that saved me. Plus they set me up with a recovery team and I just celebrated 30 months. This can be Done IF you really want it.
