After another embarrassing and dangerous Friday evening, I spent the next two days at my parents house so I wouldn't have to sit with myself. Coming to the realization of alcoholism happened months, if not years ago. This morning I made the decision to stop. So this was day 1.

It’s a nasty toxin that does nasty, toxic stuff to us. Good riddance to it and good for you on that decision!
