After years of sobriety I suddenly realize I was an A-hole with former co-workers under me. My brain seems to have unlocked hidden amends I need to make. Thus we are never done with step 9.

Aren’t we all A-holes once in a while? :wink: Anyhow, seems you are aware and mindful of the situation, so kudos for that! I’m sure you’d be a much better boss now :blush:

Funny how the brain suppresses that stuff. Looks like another 9th step. My favorite saying my sponsor told me when I was new to sobriety is “don’t pick up, and don’t be a d!ck” I didn’t get it then but now o totally do. Hope it all works out and you can make those needed amends!
