Yeah, it comes from un healed wounds. It’s embarrassing when it happens. Progress not perfection. At least we are aware and working on it. The justifiable anger is juicy too :joy:

I embrace it. Sometimes I will head to my least favorite post office and picket with signs saying such nonsense as:

"Stop Mail Now - Trees have Feelings Too!"

You quickly find an outlet for that rage and this has eben been known to provide numerous others an outlet for any rage they may have, whether irrational or not...
