AHH FEELS SO GOOD TO CIRCLE “NONE” to alcohol and drug use questions on medical forms!!
I remember the guilt & shame I felt time anytime I went to an urgent care or doctor in the past 10 years - those simple questions about alcohol, smoking, and drug use always triggered feelings of guilt and shame.
But now I feel nothing but pride answering honestly - “no- none for me!”
One day at a time - WE DO RECOVER
