AI has helped me

I have been using metas AI to ask questions about mental health and addiction. I am finding that being able to be logically aware of what going on within me I can make the proper adjustments. Sometimes we do not know what this feeling means or these patterns mean. I am self aware enough to know I have this or that or in operate in such a manner. So far it has been an invaluable tool to help me put words to a chain of thoughts or feelings or emotions. I hope this reaches someone else that wants to be better by doing better. Simple prompts ie why do I have this reoccurring thought of x y z. Or I am feeling depressed what can I do right now to help with that.
