Alcohol consumption and dealing with pain in stomach? What would anyone recommend to do to heal?
I know I should stop drinking. I did.
But what about dietary foods and other remedies?

Talk to a doctor first and foremost! Make sure there isn’t something internally that needs attention from a medical professional. After that talk to a dietician.

- Stop drinking
- Don't start drinking again
- Fiber!
- Aloe vera juice, the least amount of sugar possible
- Stay away from processed foods, especially refined sugars.
- Oatmeal every morning
