Today marks my 90th day of being free from alcohol. I dont think ive gone 90 days without alcohol in 12 years.
In an absolute coincidence my 90th day landed on my ex-boyfriends birthday. We were together for 9 years and broke up in December. Im so used to celebrating this day with him and this is the first year im not doing that.
It was a tough day, i cried but i didnt drink or contact him.
