Grateful for a vacation with my family in which I was present. No hangovers or grogginess. I had no obsession of when I was going to get to drink. My kids said I noticed you didn’t have wine breathe!

Just finished my 2nd alcohol free vacay! EVERYONE noticed the difference, lol. Great feeling! Keep it up meja! 
That’s awesome! Feeling all emotions and present! I’m realizing and learning that is what happiness is, isn’t always a happy feeling but it’s being able to appreciate when the good moments unexpectedly come along
