Alcohol is killing me . I really need a sponsor but every meeting around me is happening while I’m at work . Either in the am or pm . Everyone tells me I have to be in a physical meeting to find a sponsor .
Hi Elizabeth! I personally sponsor two guys right now and 95% of the work we do is virtual. But this is just one opinion and approach. Keep looking for an approach to your sobriety that works for you. It’s worth it and so are you!!!

Hi Elizabeth, I would say get a sponsor however you can. People saying that are just speaking from personal preference. The program is flexible and you can certainly find a sponsor in a zoom meeting that will work. If you’re looking for a good meeting to attend, this one meets everyday at 12:30est:
