pure gratitude! So, I did not get the management position 
. The director called and said the only reason is the contender actually IS working and has been for 3 years.....she deserves it. AGREED!
I was devastated 
until another phone call took place.
The OPS Director called to share that she and the LVCW Director are creating a position of combined activities for me to be able to stay with OPS. The VP of the company has approved 30 days of administrative leave in order for everyone to get things ironed out for me to lateral over to a new position. BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR THIS!!!
I am grateful to experience these strifes, struggles, successes, and strides soberly. Counting down ton2 yrs!!!
